Unable to set hourly rate on profole

For Nagender Gupta, I am unable to set the hourly rate on profile due to which I am unable to apply for jobs

Dotnst show me the option, I can see rates as 00 but do not see the option to edit the rate.

Hi Nagender,

Unfortunately, since your an exclusive member of the agency, you won't be able to do this. You can only work on projects from the agency and not as an independent freelancer. Please communicate with your agency owner or business manager regarding changing your profile rate as only they can do it.

 I cant even apply for jobs on behalf of agency due to this how to go about it please suggest
