Unable to submit new account

Hello, I am opening a new account (Freelancer). I am a UK citizen (born here and always lived here) but only have an Irish passport as my parents are Irish. My ID is not being accepted as I am setting up my account in the UK and my Passport is Irish.  I also don't have a driving licence.  Is there anything else I can provide you? I would prefer to be available to the UK market, my home country.  Many thanks for your assistance.
