I tried to reset the browser cahche and also tried with different browser along with the different client & job, however still getting error. PFA

It's been 2 weeks, I'm facing this issue.
I did not heard anything back from 4th of January.
Are you guys still working on it???
It's affecting my work as I'm not able to send proposals.
