Unable to upgarde the Membership Plans

Hi,

I was upgrading the membership plan. But we were unable to do so as it was asking for promo code to update. We don't have promo code. Please assist us how we can upgrade the membership.

Hello Dear , Please be sre about that you have enough money to your upwork account otherwise you can not upgrate to Membership Plus. Please try this way i think it will work for you.If you still need to get  help please specefy your problem .
