Unable to upload photo

I've checked your knowledge base and I tried suggested solutions, but I'm still unable to load my photo and it is a required field so I cannot complete my registering until that works.  I've attached the photo I was using for the upload.

NOTE: When I attempt to upload the photo it comes in sideways instead of straight up like the actual photo is.

I would also suggest that you crop the photo slightly if you can, so that is only showing your face. Please check this thread to see how other users were able to resolve the image uploading sideways. Let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
