Unable to upload photo

After selecting a profile image to upload the loading icon is displayed. But, the photo does not upload, the loading icon does not disappear, and an error message is not given. I have tried this from the Upwork Android app, the Chrome Browser for Android and from Microsoft Edge for PC.

Hi Michael,

Please try to resize your image to 250x250 and clear your cache and cookies. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know here. Thank you.
