Unable to upload profile picture

Hi

I just created a profile on Upwork few days back and since then, I'm trying to complete my profile to submit for review. However, I'm not able to upload profile picture. It gives me error: "Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to save the image."

This seems to be the issue with the URL. I inspected it in developers tool and the URL that is being hit is "https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/api/v1/profile/me/portrait" which is returning status code 500. So, it seems like there is some issue with upwork server. Please help me resolve the issue asap.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Were you able to re upload your picture again? Please try deleting your cache and cookies or use a different browser. Please let us know if this still persist so we can assist you.
