Undo automatically recharge of account

Hey,

I have been on Upwork for 2 months and hardly get reply from a client, so I am thinking to discontinue with upwork. I have 2 queries:

1) automatically my account got recharged with 71 connects. Can I undo it and get my money refunded?

2) if I change my plan now so that it doesn't get automatically recharged next month, the connects I have will remain or will be gone? I mean will I still have paid plans benefits for this month?

You may want to check our online course and on how you can build a strong profile and win high-quality projects. I am afraid that once billed, a membership plan can't be refunded, the benefits will be provided for the remainder of the billing cycle of your plan, meaning that if you decide to change your plan now, the effects will take place at the end of the current billing cycle.
