I'm new to Upwork. I have spent 10/12 connects but unfortunately, no one has been able to give me a job so far and the connects I have spent have not come back. Can I offer to a customer without contacts?

Hi Raju,

Connects are used to submit proposals for jobs. You do not need to use Connects only when:

• When a client invites you to bid
• When a client sends you an offer
