Unintended duplicate account

Hello,i am new in upwork and currently will work with a client. However, 5 years back I think I created a profile but I cannot access it for some time because my email was hacked. that profile does not have any applications and proposals. Recently,i have a client who prefer doing transactions through upwork . I never intend to create another profile because i know it a violation of the policy. Can you please help me to just retain the new profile. I hope you will another chance and do not withdraw my account. I really never intended to create duplicate account. I desperately need my current job application now especially during this time of crisis. Thank you for your help

My old account is under  **Edited for Community Guidelines**,i successfully accessed
my email recently and access that old ccount and close it due to duplicate
account. Tjere is no active,past applications or proposals on that account.

New account is  **Edited for Community Guidelines**

I never intend to make another one it is just that i do not want to leave
the client hanging and i want to pursue my career now with upwork. I cannot
access my old email also .
