Hi, I am new to upwork, and I was on the process of uploading my ID for verification, yet after I uploaded my driver license ID, I received the email that says "Unfortunately, we could not authenticate the ID you uploaded."
and my account is on the hold. May I ask for the reason why? I didn't get any explanation. All of the informations are exactly the same from my id and my profiles.
What should I do to lift this on hold?
