I just signed back onto the site after a couple years, and while updating my profile, my identity verification failed. Now there's a notification above the job search telling me that I've submitted my ID the maxmum number of times and need to contact customer support to resolve this. What can I do?

Hi, on the account verification page it goes for US based IDs. However, I am not a citizen of the US but have work authorization. The ID I have is from Bangladesh (my passport) and I can show my work authorization too. Please tell me how to do that.
