United States Location Verification - Unable to do

Getting this error:


Unfortunately, you cannot submit a proposal for this job post because it requires location verification. Based on your previous attempts, you are currently not eligible to verify your location. Please contact customer support.

 

I had uploaded the driver's id once but it said verification failed. 

 

 

I need help on this. 

 

Please help me resolve the issue.

Hello! I made this account a few years ago, but never completed any gigs. I have come back to this account, and it says that I have exceeded the amount of attempts to upload my identity verification, and I need to contact a support agent. How do I go about contacting one?

I was given one chance to upload my ID, an error occurred, and now it says that all my tries have been exhausted. When might I be able to try again or video chat with a representative to verify my identity?

The Upwork account requires me to upload the following documents for id verification. 

State id, US passport, Green card, Driver's license. 

 

I do not have the aforementioned documents that are required here. I have the passport ( with entry stamp and current valid US address). Utility bills to prove my residence. 

I don't understand how can I prove my identity here?  

 

The passport that I upload is always rejected.

Good afternoon!

 

I just submitted a photo of  my ID and was just notified that it was unable to authenticate and my account was put on hold. It did not include any next steps for how to remedy the situation. Would someone be able to help me find how to fix this? Thanks for any help!

I just got my first job and my ID verification is due. I have a flight to catch and wanted to know that can i verify myself from when i reach lisbon? will this be an issue? i will be in lisbon for a week.

Hello,

I'm hoping someone can help sort out this problem. I was attempting to upload my ID and ended up getting the "maximum attempts to verify your ID" error...

I can't find any menu option to correct this or speak to support as the error message indicated.
