Trying to upload Driving License.But threw an error message as ID proof is not matching with name.
But I didnt find any difference.

Hi, this topic seems to be popular. Has anyone over at Upwork fixed this yet? Like others I am trying to verify my account with my mobile number. I've tried both the desktop and phone app, but no joy. When it asks me to input my mobile number it doesn't do anything, just hangs.

I'm new to Upwork and haven't started to work on it yet. I've exhausted my attempts trying to identify myself for my account to start accessing jobs. But before it was asking for one document to identify myself, and now it's asking for two since someone from the support team assisted me.
