Hi, I can't submit a proposal. I clicked the submit a proposal button and it jumped to the next page but it was blank. It didn't show if I have successfully submitted it or not. I went back to the project page and found out I still have the same amount of connects. Could you tell what to do to submit a proposal? Thank you!

Hi, I am new to upwork, and I was on the process of uploading my ID for verification, yet after I uploaded my driver license ID, I received the email that says "Unfortunately, we could not authenticate the ID you uploaded."

and my account is on the hold. May I ask for the reason why? I didn't get any explanation. All of the informations are exactly the same from my id and my profiles. 

 

What should I do to lift this on hold?
