Getting this error:
Unfortunately, you cannot submit a proposal for this job post because it requires location verification. Based on your previous attempts, you are currently not eligible to verify your location. Please contact customer support.
I had uploaded the driver's id once but it said verification failed.
I need help on this.
Please help me resolve the issue.

Hi, I'm trying to verify my identiy here. I uploaded my photo ID too many times but I am not recieving any notifications to video chat to get this sorted out. How should I proceed from here?
Mar 31, 2019 11:16:00 PM by Avery O
Hi Edward,
Please know that the video-chat verification, and the location verification are two separate types of verification. Kindly refer to the articles above and this article for more information about the different types of verification on Upwork.
I checked your account and it looks like you were trying to complete verifying your location. I've shared your account information with the Customer Support Team and they will get in touch with you to assist you.

Hello, I've tried repeatedly to upload my ID (following instructions) but it keeps failing and now I've run out of tries. It's telling me to contact Upwork client support, but then it keeps steering me to the Community. Super frustrating, just want to be able to upload my ID so I can start making propsals. How do I get in touch with an actual Upwork employee to fix this?

Hello! I am seeing the same problem with my account. I have tried using my first and middle name, as I typically go by my middle name, but both times it said that the names did not match even though they are both on my ID.
Thank you for your time.

Hi, It´s been a week since I posted a question on some issues I´ve been experiencing on verifying my ID but nobody from Upwork has reached to me yet. how can I get in contact with the Upwork people to fix this?
Apr 2, 2019 09:09:34 AM by James A
Hi Anette, I think we are having the same problem. I don't have any answers yet either, but I'm hoping by letting the community (and thereby, perhaps, Upwork employees) know that multiple people are having the same problem, it may expedite the time it takes to get a response. Good luck to you!
