Unresponsive client

Hi the client is not responding and it has been a month since I did the job, I delivered the work as requested and I was waiting for a response, which never came. The problem is that if I finish the contract, it only lets me ask for $5 of the $20 that was the total payment.

Okay well, first things first; if this is a fixed price contact, there should be milestones in your contract. The milestones have two figures on them - the contract amount and the funded escrow amount. I think your client only funded $5 in that escrow amount.

If you submitted work using the 'submit work' button, and the client does not respond to your submission - the system automatically pays you the amount in Escrow within 2 weeks.
