Unsuccessful job Indicator

Hi.

I recently cannot finish the project I thought was able to. I've been told the client and we both agree to end the contract. is it considered an unsuccessful job? will it be counted to my job success score?

what's determine if my job is successful or not?

Both you and the client can tick the box for reasons for ending the contract, I don't know if those have any impact on a contract where money was paid (I assume that happened). The most important metric is the "how likely are you to recommend" one.

If you close the job yourself,  then the client doesn't need to leave any feedback at all.  If they don't leave any feedback,  then the job won't have any effect on your JSS.
