UpWork change name

I have a dilemma:

My full name is too long as I am from a LatinAmerican Country, and that is the name I have to use in my Paypal Account because it's the one in my ID. For upwork I wanted to use it's shorter version with my middle name and my "first" last name, but the problem comes when I link my Paypal Account from UpWork because both names don't strictly coincide. Now I've tried to change my UpWork My full name (2 names and 2 last names) but it wont let me make this change, after their review they don't authorize the change of name.

What can I do? What should I do?
