Update Address????

I’m new here and after finally getting everything set up today, I started searching for work, but every time I click on the proposal option, the site tells me I need to update my address! Which I have, in every way, at least 5 times. What gives? What am I missing, please?

Maybe your account or address is on review If you just signed up today, your account may not approved yet. This is what I can tell but best advice will come from gurus

Hi Angela, 

I checked your account and it looks like you were able to update your Invoice address, but have missed updating your location on this page of your account. Please fill this in with your exact location/address, making sure not to miss the City field.
