I just passed an interview and I was told to submit an updated proposal. What does it mean?

Hi Arnaud, 

I'm also not sure what this means, but have you tried clarifying it with your client? I'm not sure what you and your client discussed during the interview, but maybe you and your client agreed to a greater/lesser scope of the project, and he may be asking you to adjust the rate.
