Updating address error

I am trying to submit my first proposal and I get an error message that I need to update my address.  I updated it under Contact Info, but I keep getting the error message.  Have refreshed the page and gone into a private browser.  What is going on?

Please fill-in the City field on the Address section of your Contact Info page and see if the issue persists. 

In the meantime, I would definitely recommend that you update your profile overview, and title to add your specific skills, and experience. These will be helpful to a client when reviewing freelancers profile in your specific job category. One way writing your overiview is to show how you can help potential clients with their project.
