Upgrading freelance Plus

I have a problem regarding payment to upgrade freelance Plus. can you help me, Your payment method accept my card, but while upgrading the plan it shows an error that "your payment method is not accepted. Please try an alternative method."I have already upgraded using the same card. Please Help. Thanks in advance.
