Upload verification documents

Hi, I uploaded the documents almost two weeks ago and it still says the following,

''Thank you for completing your Upwork verification upload. Please allow 3-4 business days for your verification to be processed.''

Any help would be really appreciated.

I am facing the same issue, seeing the message: "Thank you for completing your Upwork verification upload. Please allow 3-4 business days for your verification to be processed."

However, it's been a few weeks I have uploaded the documents and I already have gotten a rejection email. Now I am supposed to reupload the documents but not see how can reupload the documents as I always keep seeing the above message.
