Uploading education and profile photo

Dear Upwork

 

I am trying to register a profile but when I cannot get my photo and education detail uploaded
What do I need to do?

The rest of my information is loaded

Hi Salome,

 

Is there an error message when you tried to update your education and upload your profile picture? Could you please try to clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser? You may also refer to this blog for tips on uploading the perfect profile picture. If the issue persists, please let us know. Thank you!

Dear Support

 

This is what happens when I log in:

1  When I log in, I get taken to  my profile page, with this message:

 

You skipped some steps You must complete these before you can submit your profile.

 Add Profile Photo Add Education

  1. Then I go to Add Profile Photo, and upload my photo.

Everything works fine until I try to save the photo.

The SAVE button at the bottom of the screen vanishes a soon as I scroll down.

I shrank the page size. I could get to the SAVE button but when I press on it I get this message:

 

Can't upload image.

Close

Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to save the image.

 

 

The same happens when I try to upload the relevant information for Education.

 

Please advise? Please see photo attached - it is only 7 kb in size.

PS I have already cleared my cache and cookies, logged in and out and refreshed the page.
