Upwork is not a file transfer program. Nor is it a file archive service.
Maybe it is possible for you to use Upwork to accomplish these goals. Maybe it is NOT possible.
I strongly recommend that for a project of this importance, you use a true file transfer tool. Don't use Upwork to transfer your files.
Instead, use whichever tool you and your team members prefer, such as FTP, Dropbox, email, USB flash drive, WeTransfer, Google Drive, iCloud, etc.
