Uploading profile image

Hello

How are you today?

I have one problem which upload my profile image on upwork.

I'm creating my account on upwork.

But I can't upload my profile image.

My image size is more than 250px by 250px.

But I can't upload it.

What's the matter?

There are several issues regarding on this problem, but here are some that are frequently the reason why this thing happens.

Internet Connection

- check your internet connection if it's fast, you may use speedtest.net 

Picture Size

- minimum file size is 250px by 250px

- you already said that you meet the requirements but I highly recommend that you upload a picture that is higher than the minimum size like 300px and above.

Browser

- try to use another browser because sometimes, an outdated or a bad browser is the cause of this error

Please clear your cache and cookies, try using a different browser and pm me the photo you're trying to upload if you're still experiencing issues.

This post is old but I'm having the same issue. What worked? I changed browser, enlarged the image, even though it was aready over 250x250 pixels, and I'm still having trouble
