Upwork Customer Service Email

Hello,

I would like to contact Upwork directly but cannot seem to be able to find an email address or phone number anywhere. I'm new to the platform and would like some help - I set up my payment preferences but the money I've earned doesn't appear in my balance (so I can't select the 'Get Paid Now' option). Does anyone know how to get in touch with Upwork?

Welcome to Upwork Severine,

At the moment your earnings are under the Pending stage, you can view in what stage your earnings are by going to Reports > Overview.
Once our 5 days security period is over, the funds will become available on your account and you will be able to withdraw them. I would also suggest checking out this Help Article and learning more about how you`re getting paid on Hourly contracts.
