I hope that someone from the Upwork development team sees this post.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for making a desktop Linux app. I was so pleasantly surprised when I went to install it (for my first hourly gig) and found that there was a version of the app at all, let alone a working one.

So many companies completely ignore Desktop Linux. It is refreshing to see that upwork does not. Thank you.
