Upwork only allows two specialised profiles because it's not possible to call yourself a "specialist" if you offer a dozen different services - that's the exact opposite of specialising. You're supposed to choose the services in which you have the best skills and the most experience, not try to do everything.
And just a word of advice: if you're trying to get hired as an editor/proofreader, you should learn which words should be capitalised and which ones shouldn't be.
