Hey,
I did payment request on 20 August and didn't receive it, so I opened a ticket and told my issue there. The agent said they would contact/resolve issue in 1-2 day time span and would contact me. I even replied them twice and still haven't received any response regarding the issue.
It would be appreciated if the issue is resolved or any update regading the issue.

Hi Ahmad,
I checked and it looks like this is something you need to contact Payoneer customer support about. They should be able to advise you on how to access your funds.
