I am New to upwork. please any one can help me out reviewing my profile. I can understand what is still left in my profile and how i can keep up my profile. It has became very difficult for me to win a job.

Firstly, consider my relief that your parents did not name you The Pillar. You never know what they might think up, with what all these celebrity children names nowadays. 

Secondly, you are not an agency, therefore your profile must represent a natural person, with your real name and no references to a company that you might own or not.

Your portfolio should show pictures of your work (significant).
