Upwork Readiness Test

Hi, I was told that I am eligible for Rising Talent program and instructed to test for Upwork Readiness test.

I am so much interested for this program but where can I read some guidance for that test?

Any document available that I can study before testing?

And is this testing for one-time? If failed, I cannot test again and cannot become a rising talent?
