Upwork Talent Group offer - not able to complete the task to review terms

Hello,

I received an offer saying: "Review Contract Terms
These are the contract terms from XXXX at XXXX- Upwork Talent Group. Click "Continue" to complete tasks required to work with this client."

But when I click on Continue, it opens my Business details questionnaire, which is inactive so that I can't Continue further and accept the offer.

Please advise.
