I am new to US.And so far that reason i have not added my bank account.Now i receive a message saying my account is suspended.I have an active job that i accepted.Now what should i do to resolve this.Should i add my wife's bank account in upwork.Will that solve the issue or i have to wait for SSn so that i can add bank details in my name.?

I have an email on 6th feb saying my account is put on hold and have asked to verify my id.Will the issue be resolved once i verify my identity.
