Upwork can'recognise the name attached to my local bank account

I want to set up my local bank account to receive payments, but Upwork has problems with confirming the name attache to my bank account. I tried all variations:

• My full name
• My full name with local EU characters
• My full name and my company name

Nothing seems to work. Please help!
