Upwork can't detect any of my photos

I have tried uploading a lot of my phots but upwork can't detect any. I can't blame them though, my complexion is super black so I usually get problems with cameras a lot. How can work around these photos to make them detectable? I'd like to use any of those, but none works with upwork apparently
