Hi,
I am using hotmail and most of time emails from upwork goes to my hotmail junk folder, hence I need to push back those manually from junk to inbox folder . Some time this make me unable to read emails especially when using Android.
Any insight on this issue? Does any one had experienced same issue while using hotmail for upwork account?

Hi Arslan,
You may have enabled email filters and have set Upwork emails to go directly to your junk folder. Could you please check? Thanks!

Thanks for your response. I've already checked those setting, and there is no filter set for upwork emails.

Arslan, email is complex.
There are limits on what Upwork can actually do.
You are facing issues Upwork can't control... issues relating to your email software and email service provider, and even your internet service provider.
Continuing to look to Upwork itself as a way to solve this is unlikely to yield results.
