Upwork hours worked

How can I post hours worked on flat rate projects already completed and closed?  (so that I can achieve that "100 hours on Upwork" requirement that clients sometimes request)

Hello Kay,

Unfortunately, you can't include your hours worked in fixed-price contracts you had with your account. Only those hourly rate contracts will be included. Thank you.
