I have added payment method to upgrade membership and tried several methods. Overtime I click on payment, my card is charged $1 but receives message on upwork that "Your payment could not be processed. Hi Noman,
When adding a credit card Upwork may also put a temporary $1.00 USD authorization hold charge on your credit card to confirm the card number is valid. This charge is separate from the 2 small charges used for credit card verification. I checked and it looks like the charge on your credit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline.

Thanks for reply. I use both cards for online purchase and never get declined. Also if both are charged, it means cards information is valid. I am unsure how can I pay otherwise, as paypal doesnt work in Pakistan.
