Upwork name didn't match bank account name

Hi, I ran into a problem when inputting my bank account information. 

I was using the method of "direct to local bank" and have chosen a Chinese bank for money withdrawl.  To complete the account information, I was asked to input my last name, first name and full name(in simplified Chinese )，which are ratehr explicit question. But then I was required to input my "name on account" which I found is a little ambiguous and that's why I am wring to seek for your help. 

My name on upwork is shown as Man Zhou. Man is my given name, and Zhou is my last name. In China, we say last name prior to given name, opposite to what people do in western countries. Therefore in my Chinese bank account, my name is shown as Zhou Man, instead of Man Zhou. So I was wondering what I should input for the "name on account" item?
