Upwork notification- Payment withdrawsn

Hi- I recently completed my work and client released $250. Today I got notification from upwork that my payments are withdrawnon Oct 14, 2020 to Payoneer Payment Card - abc. But my payoneer account is not showing any amount, also I didnot get any email from payoneer that funds are received.

 

Can anyone help me with the issue or even provdie feedback on how to get payments?

 

Would appreciate the response

Hi- I just want to inform that I've received payment just now. I called Payoneer customer support and they were able to trace the funds and route it to my payoneer account. The payments were correctly routed by Upwork and apprently it was my payoneer account that was bit not updated.
 
All clear now.
