Hi,

Can you use google voice aganest the rules for upwork?

Upwork does not prohibit users from using Google Voice.

But it IS possible that certain technical things within the Upwork system won't work with Google Voice. I personally use Google Voice quite a bit, and it works for most text messaging purposes. But I do run into some systems that don't accept Google Voice numbers for text-messaging functionality.
