Upwork premium connects

My current billing cycle is Jun 10, 2019 — Jul 9, 2019, but I still have not got connects for my premium account. What might be the issue?

Connects are now sold in bundles. We have now a paid connect system.

Yeah. But I have a premium subscription. I should be getting 70 connects for $ 14.99 after the end of each billing cycle automatically. No?

Hi Faria,

I checked this for you and looks like you didn't initiate activation of Plus plan on your account. Please, go to Membership & Connects / Membership plans / Upgrade to Plus and on the bottom of the page ''Review Upgrade'' click on the  ''Activate Freelancer Plus''.

Wait for it. Check the difference of time in India and USA. Upwork is in California, it is different time zone. So probably it will reset.
