Upwork will not allow me to change my profile pic.

Hi there, 

I have been trying to change my profile pic because I do not like my current one. I have been trying to upload different profile pictures of myself, however UpWork never allows the photo to be saved; I always receive an error message that reads "Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to upload your image." I have been trying simple, unedited pictures of myself with no one else in the photo, and my account has been verified...I don't understand why my upload attemps keep failing. I have tried this on the UpWork app as well as on desktop. Does anyone know what the issue might be? Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
