Upworks Tax clearance certificate number and CRO (company registration number)

Hi i recently received a grant for building a new website. Upon completion there is a form to be filled out by the contractor and as the invoices will be issued by Upwork its they will have to fill the form out. It also requires theres Tax clearance certificate number and CRO (company registration number) Is it going to be possible to get them to fill out this form i wonder?

I believe that what you are referring to is our Federal Tax ID Number (FEIN). Upwork's FEIN is 13-4241242.
