User Name Not Editable

I'd like to ask about a feature upgrade. Nowadays most of the sites provide username update feature which was not available a few years ago. Now popular sites like fb,google,linkedIn provide username (unique) update feature as well as profile link update feature.
I have seen that upwork doesn't provide username editing facility. I think upwork should work on this. I think a lots of people badly need this feature.
