VAT info not recognized

Hi, 

I have tried to set my legal, freelance-worker VAT number registered in the Netherlands (VIES-recognized, correct company name, all seems to be fine, but I have received a message from Upwork that it's not valid). What am I doing wrong? I've double-checked everything, the 10th digit is a "B" as requested. The bot sends me to the FAQ again and again. How can I open a ticket for my issue?
