VAT not recognised and NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE anywhere...

Hi,

I keep receiving automared messages that my VAT is not verified like this one:

"We are reaching out because we could not verify the taxpayer information you submitted."

I own a Ltd UK company. And I am 100% sure of what is my VAT number.

I used the link provided  **Edited for Community Guidelines**

and it worked (aee attachment).

So I re-inserted in the profile VAT place EXACTLY as the one that worked...

Yet, in the account of UpWork, the VAT check keeps failing... ;(  

I cannot find a real contact number which is not an already published community topic (like this one I am writing...) or a useless BOT.

What's next? How can I get my profile validated?

I have the same issue, I am VAT registered in the UK, have entered my VAT number and company name but am receiving the same repeated message. The other issue is as the UK are not in the EU anymore so could this be the problem?  Please can someone help me?
