VAT number Italy approval

Good afternoon

I had problems before for the approval of my VAT number and so on. I left this subject for a while because I couldn't find a solution so now I went back to my profile and I see that the number is there? And it doesn't say pending approval or anything? Is it approved or how do I know? I need some help to see if I can start working on the platform and not be charged double tax, thank you
